Two events characterized the past weekend in
Winterfell, both very funny.
Saturday evening the
Taure en Lor ballroom was hosting the
Winterball. This months the Winterball was part of the
Grand Tour Balls, a series of events covering many nations during the entire week end. It was the usual fun: great music and lovely chat. I love the Taure En Lor ballroom: it is one of the best dance floors in SL.…

The rate of changes in SL is very fast, weeks feel like months and months feel like years. Familiar landscapes, if not full sims, can be gone in the space of hours.
This is very true also for
Winterfell, where many changes have taken place, expecially, but not limited to, the…

The day I first discovered Winterfell was very important in my SL experience: it was the
21st of July 2007 and I was looking for fantasy clothes. I found a reference to
Pretty Magic in this region with a familiar name :) Being an avid reader of
George RR Martin I tp'ed there and, after having visited the shop I stepped out and discovered this wanderful place I have called home ever since.
Just a couple of hours before, I had also discovered
Faeria and met my lady…

As
announced by Miss Brandy both here and in-world, tonight

I had the pleasure to listen to Thriek on a couple of occasions and his poetry is really ebeautiful and his reading inspiring.

In the last couple of days I have taken my newest sailship, the
Morning Star and, starting from my home port in Winterfell Ebonshire, I have sailed south with the ambition to circumnavigate Caledon, getting all the way down to Lovelace, and then back to Northern Winterfell.
Last night I anchored the boat near a small beach on the Southern Shore of Caledon Loch Avie and tonight I'll take the next stage
Sailing a beautiful place like Caledon can be more dangerous than expected though. As…
